How to survive a tasting flight: 3 5 into my second one and I’m already feeling like I’ve had a 6-pa

I'm wondering if an accident I had 45 years ago could be contributing to my episodes of complex migraines (feeling pushed over vertigo, aura zig zag, memory loss & inability to communicate the latest, other visual waves which pulsates with my pulse, now sudden hearing loss 3 months ago; aside from multiple HLA-B27 diseases I have thought many of these symptoms are just related to infusions & Rx) - I fell from a vehicle entering freeway 35 mph? landing on back of head towards top. My skull was all mushy, lost clumps my hair but no open cuts. I don't remember anything for days; first night slept, second night in hospital but have no record from that long ago as my parents took me. Could something like that cause long term signs? I've been trying to research, I've just believed if it had been actually "something" significant some specialist would have went, "ah HA!" a long time ago. I've had 3 brain MRI's due to assumed TIA/migraine without any mention other than gray matter indicating historical high blood pressure. Appreciate any comments. Can't find "mushy skull" results!

3 5 into my second tasting flight and I’m already feeling like I’ve had a 6-pack to myself.

I am glad to learn that you survived this terrible ordeal. Unfortunately, my husband did not. Sepsis set in when a gaul stone became lodged in his duct, setting up the bacteria. Joe had three prior attacks but the doctors did not test him for gaul stones until our doctor decided to have an ultra sound done on his abdomen. That was on the 14th ofNovember. It was revealed he had Gaul stones. Unfortunately, the doctor did not suggest surgery only to tell him to come in if he had any discomfort. On Thanksgiving Day, November 26th, he had another attack. We all thought he was having some kind of problem, maybe reflux. He would go into convulsions, shaking until they finally would stop some time later. None of the doctors he saw, from the gastroenterologist, to the cardiatic doctors in the hospital (he was admitted in September) could figure out what was wrong. All they told us was that it was not his heart. So, when he was admitted in November, the bacteria had already invaded his organs. That was when we were told that he had sepsis. They did not give us any hope. Joe was put on an IV and given antibiotics to fight the toxins. He blew up like a ballon to the point that he developed water blisters that ran because he had so much fluid in his body. He also went into cardiac arrest for 20 minutes but they resuscitated him. We were all hopeful at that point, however the doctors did not know if he had any brain damage because of the time. Needless to say, his kidneys stopped functioning, so they had him on dialysis but that did not work. Eventually, after ten days, he was taken off life support. It is unfortunate that the doctors did not know what was going on with him. Once the family doctor found the Gaul stones, he also did not connect the dots with his symptoms. Joe died on December 4th. The doctors are only now just realizing how fatal this problem has become. Now all they have to do is figure out how to treat it before it is too late.Of course, my youngest daughter, who is in the medical field, was so upset she wanted to blame someone. In the end, there was no one to blame.I just want to let you know how blessed you are to have survived. I wish you joy and good health. May God continue to bless you and your family.

great article I find myself reading all the comments to see if everyone has similar experiences I am 3 weeks into N/A I have drunk 35 years on a daily basis even finishing a nightshift Iwould have a few drinks before going to bed . I feared the thought of a day without alcohol , Iwas convinced it did not affect my life or performance at work ,hangovers, I got used to as the pleasure of drinking outweighed the bad feeling in the morning . didint drink until 7.00pm so had it under control -right .so I managed to go 1 day without alcohol my wife is a companion drinker so she done along with me. I used an dry january app to monitor my drinking . on occasions I could drink 4 beers and 2 bottles of wine per night ( not cheap stuff either) to be honest I love drinking . the highlight of my day was my first drink . then I done a week N/A and was pleased with myself so had some drinks to cel;ebrate the next month I was back to my old routine we were on Hols for 2 weeks so I blame that im now feeling better by far , sleep great, blood pressure has dropped significantly wake up refreshed and not worrying about what I posted on social media ect I dont think I am really a nice person when I drink ether, but still I badly miss it , I have pledged to do 1 month but dont know if I can moderate or not after a month Our friends like to drink and we have great nights together cant imagine having them over sober (not really a choice at the moment Covid restrictions) I have put on weight slightly even though My APPsays I am saving15k calories a week so thats annoyed me a bit but saving a lot of money . where do Igo from here ? got a bottle of champagne winking at me every time I go in the drink cooler for a coke , I think the only way forward is strict moderation ie 2 days off drinking then back to sobriety , or total abstinence which would be possible but would crush my soul

I had a widowmaker August 2014, 95% blocked. Was fitted with a bare metal stent. The following day I became aware of a constant sensation on the left side of my chest as if someone was resting their hand on my chest. I also started to get small chest pains, was told it was anxiety. I argued with the health professionals as I felt I had no anxious thoughts. They eventually believed me when in the following February when an angiogram showed the bare metal stent was 95% blocked. A drug-eluting was placed inside the existing stent (dodged two bullets in six months!). Since having the second stent inserted, the sensation in my chest I described earlier, developed into numbness in my left shoulder upper left arm and lower left leg. It was also accompanied with stabbing pain in left upper arm, intense deep cramp type pain in the left shoulder (and sometimes to a lesser degree duplicated in the right shoulder and arm), occasional sting from the stent area, a weird taste and smell, sometimes metallic, strange sensation where my windpipe feels like a metal tube and my breathing is laboured. Worst of all, most of the sensations that I felt when I had my heart attack, tightness across the shoulders, heavy in the arms and a feeling of utter despair.

This was the second most common symptom reported, with 33% of the patients reporting a seizure before the diagnosis was made. Seizures can also be caused by other things, like epilepsy, high fevers, stroke, trauma, and other disorders. This is a symptom that should never be ignored, whatever the cause. In a person who never had a seizure before, it usually indicates something serious and you must get a brain scan.A seizure is a sudden, involuntary change in behavior, muscle control, consciousness, and/or sensation. Symptoms of a seizure can range from sudden, violent shaking and total loss of consciousness to muscle twitching or slight shaking of a limb. Staring into space, altered vision, and difficulty in speaking are some of the other behaviors that a person may exhibit while having a seizure. Approximately 10% of the U.S. population will experience a single seizure in their lifetime.
